The fund has formed a bullish flag pattern, which is made up of a vertical line and a descending channel. This pattern normally leads to a strong bullish breakout. It has also remained above the 50-day and 100-day moving averages. Therefore, the ETF will likely have a strong bullish breakout, potentially to the all-time high of $715.
