Olin and Huntsman announced the expiration of the HSR Act waiting period related to their pending merger.
Olin Corporation (NYSE:OLN) and Huntsman Corporation (NYSE:HUN) said on Sept. S. Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, or the HSR Act, has expired in connection with their pending merger.
