Dubai crude spot premium rises amid US-Iran conflict
Spot premium for the Middle East crude benchmark Dubai rose on Friday, hovering near its highest level since late March, as the US-Iran-linked conflict widened in the region.
Dubai crude’s spot premium climbed on Friday and was near its highest level since late March as the regional conflict broadened. Four Yemeni government sources said Yemen’s Iran-aligned Houthis reached Perim, a strategic island in the Bab el-Mandeb Strait.
