Bank7 to acquire about 71% of Century Financial Services for $88.96 million

Bank7 entered a First Amendment to its stock purchase agreement with the court-appointed receiver for Century Financial Services to acquire about 71% of Century for $88.96 million. The amendment follows a court-supervised auction on September 3, 2026.
