Better Markets sues the Fed over bank capital rules

Financial nonprofit Better Markets sued the Federal Reserve and Gov. Michelle Bowman in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, claiming the Fed’s bank capital rulemaking process is “rigged.”
