Copart to acquire ACV in definitive agreement

Copart, Inc. (NASDAQ: CPRT) and ACV (NYSE: ACVA) said they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Copart will acquire all outstanding shares of ACV. Copart described itself as a global leader in online vehicle auctions, while ACV said it is a digital automotive marketplace and data services partner for dealers and commercial clients.
