Autodesk issues $1.0 billion senior notes to repay June 2026 term loan

Autodesk completed a $1.0 billion public offering of senior notes, issuing $500 million of 5.050% notes due 2029 and $500 million of 5.650% notes due 2033. The company plans to use net proceeds plus cash on hand to repay its $1.0 billion June 2026 term loan.
