Shell Energy North America buys Hunlock Creek plant, sells stake for $715M
Shell Energy North America disclosed deals managing its U.S. power portfolio. It acquired Hunlock Creek Generating, which owns 169 MW of natural gas-fired generation in Pennsylvania. The subsidiary also sold a stake in another power asset for $715M, according to the disclosure.
