European bourses closed lower on Sept 10 (Thursday). Germany’s DAX fell 173.91 points (-0.68%) to 25,380.37, the UK’s FTSE 100 dropped 60.07 points (-0.56%) to 10,609.99, and France’s CAC 40 lost 39.91 points (-0.49%) to 8,116.76.

The FTSE 100 Index decreased 59 points or 0.55 percent on Thursday to close at 10611 points. The decline was led by Associated British Foods (-7.92%), Antofagasta (-5.68%) and Anglo American (-4.86%). On the upside, the strongest performers were Compass (1.83%), Vodafone (1.66%) and Imperial Brands (1.43%).
