New Jersey Resources’ board increased the natural-gas provider’s quarterly dividend by 5.3%, lifting it to 50 cents from 47.5 cents. The new payout equals $2.00 a year and implies an annual yield of about 3.77% based on Thursday’s trading price of $53.11, versus 3.58% previously.
