Mavorixafor’s Phase III trial for chronic neutropenia is on track with a reduced enrollment target and strong FDA alignment. X4 Pharmaceuticals says operational changes improved enrollment, with a new study to address G-CSF reduction, and a commercial launch targeted for late 2028 or early 2029.
