MCFT net sales rise 22.8% to $348.9M in fiscal 2026, net loss reported

MCFT said net sales rose 22.8% to $348.9 million in fiscal 2026, helped by the Marine Products acquisition and higher unit volumes. Gross margin improved to 22.9%, adjusted EBITDA more than doubled to $45.6 million, but a $10.1 million impairment and $15.2 million in transaction costs led to a net loss for the year.
