(TENB) said its shares fell more than 7% on Thursday after the cybersecurity company said it plans to raise $650 million through a private placement of convertible senior notes. The offering is to be made to qualified institutional buyers. Tenable also expects to grant the initial purchasers an option to buy up to an additional amount of the notes.
