Canara Bank to raise up to ₹4,500 crore via AT-1 bonds

Canara Bank said its board authorised a capital raising plan including up to ₹4,500 crore through Basel III-compliant Additional Tier 1 (AT-1) bonds. The plan also includes up to ₹4,000 crore through Tier 2 bonds.
