Cooper Companies cuts FY26 guidance after Q3 earnings beat and sales miss

Cooper Companies reported Q3 EPS of $1.15, beating $1.12 consensus, while quarterly sales of $1.066 billion missed $1.098 billion. The company cut FY26 guidance to revenue of $4.229 billion to $4.252 billion and non-GAAP diluted EPS of $4.51 to $4.55.

Needham’s David Saxon kept a Buy rating and lowered his target to $73 from $86. Baird’s Jeff Johnson cut the stock to Neutral from Outperform and reduced his target to $61 from $85. B of A Securities’ Craig Bijou also moved to Neutral from Buy and trimmed his target to $65 from $80.
