Thales Alenia Space signs €500 million deal with Eutelsat for IRIS² payloads
Thales Alenia Space signed an agreement with Eutelsat to supply government payloads for 330 IRIS² low Earth orbit satellites, it said. The deal is valued at €500 million.
Aerospace group Thales Alenia Space said on Thursday it has signed an agreement with satellite operator Eutelsat EURONEXT:ETL to supply government payloads for 330 of the European Union's IRIS² low Earth orbit satellites. The company is a joint venture between France's Thales EURONEXT:HO and Italy's Leonardo.
