PAVmed launches $9.4 million at-the-market offering with A.G.P.
PAVmed entered into a Sales Agreement with A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners to conduct an at-the-market equity offering of up to $9.4 million of common stock. The agent will receive a 3.0% commission on aggregate gross sales.
4 million of common stock. 0% commission on aggregate gross sales, and the agreement includes customary indemnification and termination rights.
