Fosun trims stake in Gland Pharma below half
Chinese pharmaceutical major Fosun Pharma trimmed its stake in Hyderabad-based injectable drugmaker Gland Pharma, reducing its holding below half. The sale was carried out by Fosun’s Singapore unit.
Chinese pharmaceutical group Fosun Pharma has reduced its stake in Gland Pharma again, cutting its holding to below 50 percent and renewing questions about its long-term plans for the Hyderabad-based injectable drugmaker. Earlier this month, Fosun’s Singapore unit sold a 6 percent stake in Gland.
