Uber and WeRide secure Spain’s first Level 4 autonomous driving permit
Uber, WeRide (NASDAQ: WRD) and AVOMO, the autonomous vehicle arm of Moove Cars Group, received Spain’s first national permit for Level 4 autonomous passenger vehicles to operate on public roads. The authorization was issued by Spain’s Directorate General of Traffic.

Spain’s Directorate General of Traffic issued the authorization, which allows the companies to begin operating under the permit.
