CGI prices C$500M two-tranche senior unsecured notes offering
CGI Inc. priced a C$500M private placement of Canadian dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes in two tranches. The deal includes C$250M of 3.25-year notes at 4.195% and C$250M of 4.75-year notes.
