US-China 10-year yield gap hits a record as US 10-year rises to 4.85%
The US-China 10-year bond yield gap widened to the most ever after a drop in Treasuries. The benchmark 10-year US Treasury yield rose to 4.85% on Wednesday, while the Chinese 10-year counterpart held at 1.68%.
The spread between US and Chinese 10-year sovereign bonds widened to a record after Treasuries fell. 85% on Wednesday, its highest level since 2023. 68%.
