Dubai Holding has awarded the AED5 billion construction contract to China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME) for the group’s new headquarters and Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers. The project covers delivery of the headquarters and the Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers, according to the statement.
