O.P. Bhatt resigned as chairman of Coforge Ltd on Tuesday after a 'no' vote by the company’s largest shareholder denied an extension requiring a minimum 75% vote. The move followed a surprise U-turn by Advent International, whose vote came just three days after an earlier position.
