Hagerty shares fall after stockholder to sell 8.25 million shares

Hagerty said a stockholder would sell 8.25 million shares in a secondary public offering. Hagerty shares fell 7.4% to $12.28 after hours, after closing 0.9% lower at $13.26, and were down 1.3% this year at the close.
