Enbridge to buy Tallgrass crude transport business, including Pony Express pipeline, in $2.55B deal

Enbridge said it agreed to acquire Tallgrass Energy’s crude oil business from Blackstone for US$2.55B in cash. The business includes a 75% stake in the Pony Express pipeline and 8.4M barrels of storage capacity across nine crude terminals.
