Korn Ferry fee revenue rises 7% YoY; net income up 4%

Korn Ferry reported fee revenue up 7% year-over-year to $756.5 million and net income up 4% to $69.0 million. Adjusted EBITDA rose 7% to $128.2 million. The company completed a $1.2 billion acquisition of AMS and declared a $0.55 per share dividend.
