Ocugen NASDAQ:OCGN fell nearly 14% on Wednesday, marking its worst single-day decline since May, after interim data from a Phase 2/3 trial of OCU410ST, its experimental therapy for a rare genetic eye disorder known as Stargardt disease, disappointed. In a regulatory filing on Wednesday, the company said the analysis was based on 2 treatment arms and 3 months of follow-up.
