Biovica resolves fully guaranteed SEK 29.2m rights issue for B-shares

Biovica’s board resolved a new B-share issue of approximately SEK 29.2 million with preferential rights, fully guaranteed. The plan is subject to subsequent approval by an extraordinary general meeting.
