Ituran awarded first multi-year contract for big data traffic monitoring
Ituran (ITRN) was awarded its first multi-year contract under Israel’s Ministry of Transport to use its big data platform, analyzing anonymized data from over one million vehicles to guide national transport policy.
Ituran Location and Control Ltd. said it signed a contract with entities under the Israeli Ministry of Transport to use its Big Data platform for national transport policy work. The platform will analyze anonymized data from more than one million vehicles. The company said the contract runs through Sept.
