Independence Realty Trust to buy Centerspace in $1.02 billion all-stock deal
Independence Realty Trust (IRT) said it would buy Centerspace (CSR) in an all-stock deal valuing the smaller rival at about $1.02 billion, to expand its residential portfolio.
