Kotak Alts realised Rs.1,650 crore from HKR Roadways sale
Kotak Alternate Asset Managers (Kotak Alts) said it earned Rs.1,650 crore from the sale of road developer HKR Roadways Ltd to Cube Highways and Infrastructure V Pte. Ltd, for a twofold return on its investment.
Mumbai, Sept. 9 -- Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Ltd (Kotak Alts) said it realised a twofold return on its investment in HKR Roadways Ltd, with the sale of the road developer to Cube Highways and Infrastructure V Pte. Ltd. 1,650 crore, according to a statement issued on Wednesday.
The deal marked an exit for Kotak Alts from the asset, the statement said.
