Asia session: S&P 500, Nasdaq 100 rise; USD/JPY slips

In Asia, S&P 500 E-mini futures were up and Nasdaq 100 E-mini futures were up. Dow futures were down and Russell 2000 futures were up. USD/JPY fell and WTI crude rose.
