Agnico Eagle plans disposition of Delta and Helm Bay projects
Agnico Eagle says its wholly owned subsidiary, Agnico Eagle (USA) Limited, entered a securities and asset purchase agreement dated Sept. 8, 2026 to dispose of the Delta and Helm Bay projects and invest in Vizsla Copper.
