Amylyx signs avexitide supply deals with Bachem and Polypeptide
Amylyx Pharmaceuticals entered two non-exclusive agreements for long-term avexitide commercial supply. It signed a five-year Manufacturing and Supply Agreement with Bachem starting in 2028 and a separate agreement with Polypeptide, with $30 million upfront to reserve capacity.
Amylyx Pharmaceuticals entered two non-exclusive agreements to secure long-term commercial supply of avexitide. The company said it signed a five-year Manufacturing and Supply Agreement with Bachem beginning in 2028. The deal includes minimum annual purchases, binding forecasts and annual price adjustments. Amylyx also signed a long-term non-exclusive commercial supply agreement with Polypeptide.
The arrangement covers avexitide supply for commercial use.
