RBI approves ICICI Prudential AMC to buy up to 9.95% of CSB Bank

CSB Bank said the RBI approved ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company to acquire an aggregate holding of up to 9.95% of the bank’s paid-up share capital or voting rights.
