Holtec Nuclear unveiled terms of a planned initial public offering that could give the nuclear technology company an initial market capitalization topping $10 billion. Holtec said Tuesday it plans to sell 50 million shares at between $15 and $18 apiece in the IPO. 50 midpoint, the offering would value the company at more than $10 billion.
