GE Aerospace to buy CPP castings maker for $11.8bn
GE Aerospace will buy Ohio-based CPP for $11.8bn. CPP makes complex super alloy, titanium, aluminum, magnesium and steel castings for aircraft engines, gas turbines and military systems, with support for strong demand across commercial engines, aftermarket and defence.
