ZIM shares jump on proposed takeover adjustment talks

Zim Integrated Shipping Services shares gained about 6% in early Tuesday after Hapag-Lloyd and FIMI moved to adjust the proposed takeover following talks with Israeli authorities. Hapag-Lloyd said it is examining changes to the transaction.
