Windward Bio reports positive Phase 2 interim results for SKB378/WIN378
Windward Bio reported positive interim results from the Phase 2 portion of POLARIS-1, evaluating SKB378/WIN378 in asthma. Windward Bio has also initiated a Phase 3 study.
CHENGDU, China, Sept. , Ltd. (“Kelun-Biotech” or the “Company”) said its partner Windward Bio reported positive interim results from the Phase 2 portion of the POLARIS-1 clinical trial. The study evaluates twice-yearly SKB378/WIN378, a potentially best-in-class monoclonal antibody that targets thymic stromal lymphopoietin, or TSLP, in patients with severe asthma.
The company said the phase 2 interim results support continued development of SKB378/WIN378.
