Intel stock rises after deepening multiyear pact on ASML High NA EUV
Intel and ASML deepened their multiyear collaboration on High NA EUV lithography. Samsung and TSMC also plan to adopt the technology, but on longer timelines.
Intel (INTC) and ASML (ASML) said Monday they have deepened their multiyear collaboration on High NA EUV lithography. Rivals Samsung and TSMC (TSM) are also preparing to adopt the technology, although on longer timelines. High NA EUV is a next-generation machine technology from ASML.
