Rigetti secures up to $100M CHIPS funding; issues $100M stock

Rigetti Computing said it signed two related agreements with the U.S. Department of Commerce, including an Other Transaction Agreement for up to $100 million in CHIPS Act funding with a $43.9 million initial disbursement.
