WaFd to merge with EverBank in all-stock deal

WaFd announced an all-stock merger with EverBank. On a fully diluted basis, former EverBank holders will own about 59.175% and WaFd holders about 40.825%. WaFd estimates issuing roughly 107.7 million fully diluted shares at closing.
