Heidelberg Materials entered a binding agreement to acquire a 70% stake in Peruvian cement producer Cementos Inka, aiming to expand in emerging markets.
Heidelberg Materials said it has agreed to buy a majority stake in Peruvian cement producer Cementos Inka as the German building materials group looks to expand in emerging markets. The company said Tuesday it has entered into a binding agreement to acquire a 70% stake in Cementos Inka.
