Egypt trade deficit widens 58.5% YoY to $7.5B in June
Egypt’s trade deficit rose 58.5% year on year to $7.5 billion in June 2026, up from $4.7 billion in June 2025, per CAPMAS data. Exports climbed 37.4% to $5 billion.
