Swiggy sells Lynk Logistics stake for Rs.500 crore to Udaan parent

Swiggy Ltd. will sell its entire stake in B2B distribution arm Lynk Logistics to Udaan’s parent for Rs.500 crore, as it shifts exposure to the business via a stake in Udaan.
