SBB cleared to complete SEK 7 billion KlaraBo portfolio divestment
Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB says approval from the Swedish Companies Registration Office allows completion of its previously announced sale of SBB Residential Property AB and residential properties to KlaraBo Sverige AB.
Following approval from the Swedish Companies Registration Office, Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) can complete the previously announced sale of SBB Residential Property AB and residential properties within SBB Development to KlaraBo Sverige AB (“KlaraBo”). The transaction covers the residential portfolio previously announced for divestment to KlaraBo.
