IQE reports 43% six-month revenue growth; plans Main Market move

IQE said revenue for the six months to 30 June rose 43% year-on-year to £64.6m. Wireless revenue rose 40% to £26.0m and photonics revenue increased 45% to £38.5m, alongside a planned move to the Main Market.
