Indonesia names Toba Pulp Lestari suspect in alleged tax fraud
Indonesia’s Attorney General’s Office named listed pulp producer Toba Pulp Lestari as a suspect in an alleged tax fraud case tied to state loss of around 2 trillion rupiah ($113 million).
Indonesia's Attorney General's Office (AGO) on Monday named listed pulp producer Toba Pulp Lestari IDX:INRU as a suspect in a case involving alleged tax fraud that it said resulted in a state loss of around 2 trillion rupiah ($113 million). The AGO last month named two tax officers as suspects in the case.
