DELAYED UPDATE — Pfizer raises 2026 outlook; agrees Minipress IP sale in India

Pfizer reported Q2 revenue of $15.03B and $0.77 adjusted EPS. It raised its 2026 revenue outlook and agreed to sell Minipress/Minipres IP in India to Novartis India for ₹1,250 crore.
