Motilal Oswal urges buying Fortis Healthcare; targets Rs 1130

Motilal Oswal’s research report on Fortis Healthcare said the Delhi High Court has directed the appointment of a forensic auditor to examine certain historical transactions involving the company, including the dissipation of the erstwhile promoters’ stake. The report said the audit would re-examine the transactions in question and assess the related circumstances.
